Audrey Yamaguchi, owner and spouse to Master Chef Toshi Yamaguchi is often asked what makes her Miyako Japanese Steak House different from the other Japanese restaurants in the area. She states with firm conviction, "We feature a menu of traditional Japanese cuisine. Not a mix of Japanese, Chinese and other cultural dishes, but a true, Japanese menu with foods prepared by the area's only "licensed" Japanese Chef."

At Miyako, nothing is cooked in advance. Everything is prepare and cooked when you order it.
